Time Lapse of a Prototype AIR Enclosure for IFR

Back in march I printed this prototype AIR enclosure for the Iowa Formula Racing team. The enclosure goes in the accumulator container of the car and houses the two AIRs. The prototype is made from PLA at a 15% infill and took over 30 hours to print! The purpose of making the prototype first is to make sure our dimensions are correct and the functionality is what we want. The final version (once COVID-19 dies down) will be printed from ABS at 30% infill for a strong and insulated container.
